The tour ends. The city does not.

You just spent three hours being the most useful person in someone’s week, and then they walk off with a paper map. A guide keeps you in their pocket for the rest of the trip, with your name on the front.

People ask you the same question at the end of every tour: so where should we go tonight? You answer it standing on a corner, and by dinner they have forgotten half of it.

Hand them something instead. It is written in the language you gave the tour in, it carries your name and your colours, and it works when their phone does not have a signal. One per group, made in the time it takes to walk back.

What runs in production, right now

A guide per group, in your name

Your logo, your colours and your own contact address, on a guide made for the group you just walked around with — their dates, their language, your city.

In the language you gave the tour in

Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish or Flemish. Written in that language throughout, not translated afterwards.

Shared as a link or a QR code

Hold up the code at the end of the tour and they scan it before they scatter. No account, no store, nothing to install.

It keeps working offline

Once opened it lives on the phone. That matters more for a visitor on a foreign data plan than for almost anyone else.

You check it before it goes

The places come from our checked catalogue and you swap out anything you would not send your own group to. After it is shared it stops changing.

And what you do not get, yet

Everything above runs in production today. This is the rest of it — what a host reasonably expects and we have not built:

Your own web address. Guides are shared from vidiveni.app links. guides.yourhotel.com is not wired up.
Your own places. Every guide draws on one shared, checked catalogue. You cannot yet keep a list of your own — the bakery you send everyone to — that only your guides use.
Plans you can pick yourself. There is no checkout and no plan picker. During the pilot it is a conversation, which is why this page ends in a form rather than a card number.
A connection to your booking system. No API and no keys. A guide is made in the dashboard, by a person.
A dashboard in every language. The screens you make guides in are in Dutch and English; French, German and Spanish are not there yet. The guide your guest receives is in their language either way.

All of it is on the roadmap. None of it is in the product, so none of it is in the price.
